WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR ENGINEERING TEXTILE EMBLEMS?

HOW DO YOU APPLY OUR ENGINEERING TEXTILE EMBLEM?

To apply the textile emblems, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the garment is clean and smooth. Avoid seams, zippers, buttons, and folds that could affect adhesion or the integrity of the heat transfer press.
  2. Turn on the textile heat press: adjust to 140–160ºC / 10–15 seconds / 3–4 bars. Adjust these variables to achieve the best heat transfer results.
  3. Preheat the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and ensure better adhesion of the heat transfer.
  4. Position the textile emblem on the garment.
  5. Press for 10–15 seconds.
  6. Wait 24–48 hours before washing.

NOTE – Recommendations for Applying Textile Emblems:

Conduct adhesion and wash tests before starting mass production.

Use a Teflon protector or similar.

For a final seal, press again for 5 seconds from the reverse side to ensure the emblem is fully adhered.
