WHAT ARE THE FEATURES OF OUR TRI-FLEX FULLCOLOR TEXTILE EMBLEMS?

HOW TO APPLY OUR TRI-FLEX FULLCOLOR TEXTILE EMBLEM?
To apply the textile emblems, follow these steps:
- Ensure the garment is clean and smooth. Avoid seams, zippers, buttons, and folds that could affect the adhesion of the textile emblem or the integrity of the heat press.
- Turn on the textile heat press: set to 140–160 ºC, 20–30 seconds, 3–4 bars. Adjust these variables to achieve the best application of the textile crest.
- Preheat the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and ensure better adhesion of the heat transfer.
- Position the textile emblem on the garment.
- Press for 20–30 seconds.
- Cold peel. Wait 24–48 hours before washing.
NOTE – Recommendations for applying textile emblems:
Perform adhesion and washing tests before mass production.
Use a Teflon sheet or similar protection.
For a final seal, press again for 5 seconds on the reverse side to ensure the emblem is fully adhered.
