- Turn on the heat press: set it to 140/160 ºC – 10/15 seconds – 3/4 bars, adjusting these variables to achieve the best crest application.
- Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and ensure better heat transfer adhesion.
- Position the textile emblem on the garment.
- Press for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Wait 24–48 hours before washing to ensure correct curing.
NOTE – Recommendations for applying textile emblems:
Perform washing and resistance tests before starting mass production.
Use a Teflon sheet or similar protection.
For final sealing, press again for 5 seconds on the back side of the garment (this ensures the emblem is fully adhered).
