WHAT ARE THE FEATURES OF OUR EMBLEMS TEXTILES TRI-FLEX TODOCOLOR?
- Emblems textile high definition.
- Resistance to scratches.
- Flexibility: our emblems have a rigidity that gives volume and a flexibility that brings comfort to the garment.
- Durable: it can be washed at 40ºC without the color being affected
- Eco-friendly: the inks comply with regulations OEKO-TEX 100.
- Can be applied on polyester, cotton, mixtures: the emblem can be applied in any type of fabric that support the specific temperature. It is recommended to do the test of strength before initiating any stamping series.
- Emblems textiles for clothing: t-shirts, hats, vests, shoes, especially in sportswear polyester sublimated. Being careful with the seams, zippers and buttons that may affect the integrity of the heat platen.

HOW TO APPLY OUR EMBLEM TEXTILE TRIFLEX TODOCOLOR?
To apply the emblems textiles should take the following steps:
- Attached to the garment is clean and smooth. Avoid the stitching, the zippers, the buttons, and the creases that may affect the adhesion of the emblem textile or to the integrity of the presses, thermal.
- Turn on the heat platen textile: Adjust iron 140/160 ºC – 20/30”- 3/4 bars. Play around with these variables to get a better stamping of the coat of arms sole.
- Preheat the garment 5”: to remove the moisture and to ensure a better adhesion of the transfer.
- Position the emblem textile on the garment.
- Pressing between 20 and 30 seconds.
- Peel cold. Wait for it to cool 24/48 hours before you wash it.
NOTE: recommendations to stamp emblems textiles:
Testing for resistance and washing before you start a drawing in series.
Use a protective teflon or similar.
For a final sealing, re-press for 5” for the back (ensures that the emblem is well adhered).
